Farmacias Guadalajara

I live in the area so it is a place that I frequent a lot, but I have never experienced such horrible customer service, the girl who was serving ignored me from the moment I arrived even though I was talking to her, she was only on her cell phone, until I told him that if he could please help me, he arrogantly got up to tell me how he wanted me to help him if I hadn't even told him which cigarettes I wanted, I had better leave. I work for customer service and I know it can be tiring or tedious, but that never justifies this type of attitude, they should take more care of what kind of people they hire.

A large assortment of medications, unfortunately I did not find specifically the one I was looking for, but the same thing happened to me in other pharmacies, so I do not consider it to be a pharmacy error, rather than a pharmacy it is almost a convenience store, since you will find different products for daily and home use, you can even find freshly baked bread, of course the bread is factory-made but it helps you in a pinch.

I just tried to make some purchases at the pharmacy and no one helped me even though I asked them repeatedly, they told me that they were not from the pharmacy and that I should wait for the manager on duty to come out. I don't know why they have so many staff if they don't have the capacity and courtesy to serve, I think that's what they are for. Bad service, bad attention
